01What is already settled

We are not starting from a blank page. Before we ask you anything, here is what is already true and locked. This is the ground we build on.

Platform
WordPress + WooCommerceAlready live and selling — we refine, not rebuild.
Position
Trusted, Local, Colorado SpringsMycology education + cultivation supplies.
Existing structure
Home · About · Team · Services · Blog · ShopCore sitemap exists — the bones are good.
Proof on hand
Strong testimonials + active blogReal customer voices, real cultivation content.
02What we noticed on the live site

An honest read of the current homepage. None of these are criticisms — they are the specific, fixable gaps between what the site is and what it could do.

The primary call-to-action goes nowhere Quick win
The hero "Getting Started" button currently links to a dead anchor. The single most important first click on the site doesn't lead anywhere yet — defining where it should go is decision one.
The first ask is undefined
The homepage tells visitors who you are, but never tells them what to do first — buy grain, book a workshop, or learn. A site that sells supplies and teaches needs one clear primary path, then secondary ones.
Trust assets exist but sit quietly
Four strong testimonials and a credible blog are present, but they're under-leveraged in the layout. This is earned credibility we can pull forward rather than create from scratch.
A few links aren't wired Quick win
The footer Blog link and contact details (phone, email, address) aren't fully connected. Small fixes, but they quietly cost calls and clicks.
03Where we begin — the sequence

A refresh works best in order. Each step unlocks the next, so nothing gets rebuilt twice.

1

Lock the primary action

Decide the one thing every visitor should do first. Everything else on the homepage organizes around it.

2

Confirm the page map

Validate the existing structure — Home, About, Team, Services, Blog, Shop — and decide what's added, merged, or retired.

3

Inventory content & assets

Establish what's written, what's missing, and where you'll need our help so writing never blocks the build.

4

Set the visual direction

Earthy, instructional, community-first — field-guide warmth over slick tech. We translate brand into layout.

5

Define functionality & timeline

Booking, shop, portal, blog — confirm scope and the pace that fits how involved you want to be.

04Six questions to get us moving

This is a preview of how your build intake will live on the client dashboard. Tap the answers that fit — your selections drive how we sequence the work. Nothing here is locked; it's a starting conversation.

05What happens next

From this page to your build

Once your six answers are in, we translate them into a confirmed page map, a content checklist, and a build timeline — then the work starts. This intake module moves onto your client dashboard as it comes online, so everything stays in one place. No SEO or voice-agent decisions are bundled in here — this is your website, scoped cleanly.
